Water Structures
Geomembrane lining for ponds, lakes and reservoirs — containment that holds water where it should be, permanently.

One System, Built to Work Together.
Artificial lakes, irrigation ponds and reservoirs live or die by their lining. Exposed to water on one side and ground movement on the other, the geomembrane must stay watertight across thousands of square metres.
PVC geomembranes welded on site form continuous liners over prepared earthworks, with anchoring and ballast engineered for the water loads and the local ground.

Layer by Layer.
- 01
Earthworks & Grading
The basin is shaped, compacted and cleared of anything that could puncture the liner.
- 02
Compacted Base
A fine, compacted bedding layer gives the liner uniform support.
- 03
Protection Fleece
Geotextile cushions the membrane from the ground beneath.
- 04
PVC Geomembrane
The welded waterproof liner — the heart of the containment.
- 05
Anchoring & Ballast
Perimeter trenches and ballast lock the liner against wind, waves and buoyancy.
Absolute Containment
Welded geomembranes hold water with essentially zero seepage across the basin.
Moves with the Ground
Flexible liners absorb settlement and thermal movement without cracking.
Safe for Stock & Crops
Inert linings suit aquaculture and irrigation without leaching into the water.
Rapid Large-Area Lining
Wide rolls and site welding line hectares of basin in days, not months.
