EPS 14kg/m³
Insutech EPS 14 is a white, lightweight expanded polystyrene foam sheet manufactured at a nominal density of 14 kg/m³.

Engineered for the job it protects.
Insutech EPS 14 is a white, lightweight expanded polystyrene foam sheet manufactured at a nominal density of 14 kg/m³. Produced through the precision injection of polystyrene into large block molds and cut to exact dimensions, it delivers consistent quality and easy fitment into any insulation assembly. Its low density makes it one of the most economical and easy-to-handle thermal insulation solutions available.
With a thermal conductivity of ≤ 0.036 W/mK, Insutech EPS 14 effectively reduces heat transfer through building envelopes, minimising reliance on air conditioning and heating systems. This translates directly into lower electricity consumption and meaningful savings on energy costs throughout the building’s service life — while also cutting CO₂ emissions.
Board thickness: Available in 20 mm – 100 mm and can also be customized.
- Effective thermal insulation with ≤ 0.036 W/mK thermal conductivity
- Significantly reduces electricity consumption and energy operating costs
- Reduces CO₂ emissions through superior insulating performance
- Lightweight and easy to handle and install
- Prevents moisture infiltration in walls and ceilings
- Lowers overall construction cost
- Resistant to moisture and chemical attack

Application, Step by Step.
Remove dust, grease and loose particles from the substrate so the insulation boards can sit completely flush against the prepared surface.
Measure carefully and cut the boards to size with a sharp blade or hot wire, keeping the edges square for tight and accurate joints.
Apply a compatible adhesive or fix mechanical fasteners appropriate to the substrate, following the specified coverage and spacing.
Position each board and press it firmly into place, butting boards tightly together and staggering the joints between rows for stability.
Close all joints and gaps with compatible tape or filler so the insulation layer forms one continuous, unbroken thermal envelope.
Apply the specified screed, render or cladding over the boards to protect the insulation and complete the build-up as designed.
