Lightweight Concrete
EPS-bead concrete screeds — falls, level corrections and insulation poured in one lightweight, pumpable layer.

One System, Built to Work Together.
Roof falls and thick level corrections in normal screed pile dead load onto the structure. Replacing the aggregate with EPS beads cuts the density to a fraction while keeping the mix pumpable and workable.
EPS lightweight concrete flows to falls, insulates as it fills, and gives roofs and floors their geometry without punishing the slab below.
- Roof screeds to falls
- Thick level corrections
- Insulating sub-screeds
- Weight-restricted refurbishments
- Backfill around services on decks
Layer by Layer.
- 01
Substrate Preparation
The deck is cleaned and levels are set out for the pour.
- 02
Mix Batching
EPS beads batched into the cement mix at the specified density.
- 03
Pumped Placement
The lightweight mix pumps to the roof and spreads to the screed rails.
- 04
Levelling to Falls
The surface is ruled to the drainage falls shown on the drawings.
- 05
Curing & Protection
The screed cures protected, ready for waterproofing or finishes above.
A Fraction of the Dead Load
Densities far below standard screed spare the structure tonnes per roof.
Falls and Insulation Together
One pour delivers drainage geometry and a thermal layer at once.
Pumps to Any Level
Flowable mixes reach high roofs and deep corrections without cranage.
Takes the Next Trade
Cured surfaces accept membranes, screeds and finishes directly.
