EPS Construction Solutions

Floor Raising

EPS blocks lift floor levels by metres without loading the slab — the lightweight answer to level changes indoors.

Floor Raising
The Solution

One System, Built to Work Together.

Raising a floor with fill or screed quickly runs into structural limits — every centimetre of depth is dead weight. EPS blocks raise levels by whole metres at negligible load.

InsuBlock courses build the new level fast and clean indoors, capped by a thin screed that takes the finish. Theatres, showrooms and refurbishments change their floors without touching the structure.

Where It's Used

System Build-Up

Layer by Layer.

  1. 01

    Existing Slab

The structural floor, cleaned and checked for the new build-up.

  2. 02

    EPS Block Courses

Blocks laid tight and staggered build the level rise.

  3. 03

    Separation Layer

A membrane separates the blocks from the wet screed.

  4. 04

    Structural Screed

A reinforced topping spreads the loads over the blocks.

  5. 05

    Floor Finish

Tiles, timber or coverings complete the new floor.
